1)      Breathing exercise: this stress management technique is mostly needed while you are going through the stress. When you breathe deeply 10 or 20 times it will help to calm your tension and settles the adrenaline build up in the body system.
2)      Happy thoughts: as insignificant as this might look it actually relaxes the nerves. It’s a way to mentally escape the situation that is producing the stress.
3)      Music: many people make use of this technique a lot. There is a saying that goes “music while you work”. Music is soul food and it goes a long way to keep the human mental and physical system at equilibrium.
4)      Meditation: this technique is practiced by mostly people that have the knowledge and patience to extensively relax the entire physiological and psychological system. It requires a very calm environment and calmness of the mind.
5)      Take a Vacation: All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Taking a vacation away from work centred environment or stressors is necessary to help restore and repair weak tissues and hormones. Going to places like the Caribbean’s what have beaches, pools, Jacuzzi, natural environment away from all the noise does the body a great deal of good.
